Texturized basalt fiber fabric cloth is woven from continuous basalt yarns which is texturized or volumized from basalt roving yarn by high pressure air. It can be woven into plain or satin weave and coated with harmless substance. It is the most ideal material for making fireproof suits and fireproof curtains. Because texturized basalt fiber has advantages of non-combustibility, high temperature resistance no emission of toxic gas, thermal insulation, high strength, and non thermal shrinkage, it is a strong competitor to Kevlar, Nomex and Teflon.

Application
-Applied in the boating construction, large steel-structure and present melting of electric maintenance, the protective suits and the welding wall.

- As continuous basalt fiber fireproof fabric is non-combustible and does not deform or crack under a flame of 1000_ for one hour, it can be used to make protective goods such as fireproof suit, fire curtain, fire blanket, fireproof bag, and firewall, etc. for use in harsh environments with humidity, steam, smoke or chemical gas, or for the safety of such operations as welding and cutting.
